Frequently Asked Questions:

How will the 10 Second Server make me more money?

It is our belief that servers have about ten seconds to “romance” an item before the guest starts to tune them out. In this course, servers will learn to make the most of those ten seconds.

For servers, the 10 Second Server is a great way to increase your tips. We provide the knowledge and tools to teach you the “TIPS” method, which will help you successfully sell wine and food, and will help you speak more confidently with your patrons about wine.

For managers and businesses, not only will your serving staff sell more, but it can help reduce employee turnover by providing your staff with the tools they need to be more confident in their roles. Your team will develop a reputation for providing knowledge to customers in an understandable, succinct way.

What is the passing grade to earn the certificate of completion?

Each student must earn 80% on their final test to pass the course. Once passed, they are provided with a printable PDF certificate as proof of completion.

Do I have to complete the entire course in one sitting?

While we recommend completing it in one sitting, the course can be completed in multiple sittings. A student is welcome to exit and re-enter the course at any point and their progress will be saved.

Can I brand the course to match my business?

The courses may be branded to match your business for an additional fee. Contact us today for more information.
