Look, in our opinion, we believe you should ALWAYS have at least one bottle of wine with you before you pursuing any kind of online learning. It just makes everything more fun! However, our course in particular does require some basic drink and food items so you can learn to taste and describe flavours. To complete the course as it is intended, we recommend having the following handy when you begin the program:
- A full-bodied red wine to taste (like a Cabernet Sauvignon)
- A light-bodied, aromatic white wine to taste (Like a Sauvignon Blanc)
- A big pinch of salt
- A big pinch of sugar
- A lemon, cut into wedges
